Fruitful Home Inspection is Top Notch!! I hired them to do a home inspection for my out-of-state buyer in Henderson Nevada. My buyer put a lot of faith in me to find a company that is thorough, honest, licensed, offers drone for roof, thermal imaging, leak detection and since he is a Veteran he loved the fact they are Veteran owned. They exceeded our expectations & its closing escrow today. What they found with their Thermal Imaging & Moisture Meter was a possible active leak in the Primary bedroom ceiling but there was no visible evidence of any leak. Their drone found evidence of water stains on the roof tiles near the HVAC unit which was also on the roof above the Primary Master Bedroom. It ended up there was definitely a leak in the early stages. The owners were grateful also but caught by surprise. They did the right thing and had their homeowners insurance company come out. The homeowners insurance contractor opened up the ceiling found a cracked drain pan, did a test for possible mold etc. When I did the final walk-through last night, even the seller said they want to use this home inspection company for their next purchase. There charges are minimal for the value and you get the report the same day. I have used them for two years & this inspection solidifies why. I will never use anyone else. Wendy Rushing

David and Siobhan of Fruitful Home Inspections, I have called on them several times to conduct Inspections on properties that my wife and I were interested in buying. David and Siobhan each time allowed us to join them during their Inspections, allowing us to inform them of our concerns from our previous showings and ask questions. David and Siobhan, while accomplishing their inspection, would also brief my wife and I of their findings and what impact it has on the property. David and Siobhan will brief/review all their findings after their inspection is complete and provide a detailed finished report by the end the day. They offer easy pay online. Most important to me they don’t alarm my buyer, they educate. They do an in depth inspection

Through photos of property. Inspection completed in timely manner and checked everything and had removed and followed a special request. They were gentle and respectful of the owners two small dogs. Inspection completed with report sent via email within several hours.

First of all I chose it not only because of its reviews but because it’s veteran owned. I had a great experience and they were quickly to answer any of my questions. I also had to change the day due to seller changes and they were so kind and the whole process was so easy! The reports was easily read and very thorough. This is my first home purchase and they made the experience better!

A home inspection was recommended to me by my agent, and one of the options I was given was Fruitful. I setup the inspection and paid online with a link sent to my phone, a very simple process. Due to the pandemic I came to the house towards the end of the inspection. There were 2 inspectors there, Michael and David. When they were done, Michael walked me through what they found during their inspection, showed me pictures on his ipad, and answered my questions. This was a morning inspection, and I received my full inspection report in my email at about 3:30pm the same day, it is a very nice and detailed report too. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received, and the report. The inspectors were very friendly and professional, and Michael took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. This was my first home buying experience, and aside from issues during the whole process for me, I am happy that the inspection was NOT something I had to worry about, thank you guys. Oh, one last thing. In addition to the full report, Michael offered me a copy of a book, "Now that you've had a home inspection," which I thought was pretty cool, it is full of a lot of information about my home. I have included a photo of the book for this review. 5 Star!
